I like to think of myself as a capable student, but occasionally I can lower to mediocrity or simply want a passing grade, so I’d rather pay for an essay than work on it myself.
I am majoring in media production at an Ontario college. My topic for the assignment was «Politics and Mass Media.»
I am an apolitical person and the nitty-gritty of politics never gelled with me. So I decided to sweep it under the rug at the time, but the sudden realization came and made it apparent that the assignment to be done. So I had to cheat a bit and use a writing service.
I never actually researched these kinds of services before. I tried finding legit user reviews because I believe a lot of evidence is needed to verify the service is reliable enough. The service in question is an aptly named essaywriter.org.
Main page and initial functionality observations
I will admit, the design of the main page did not inspire confidence. It seems like the template was taken from some not-so-luxurious blog.
Before ordering, I decided to make a brief run-down of the site.
Assurances of quality are there: professionally researched and written papers, completely plagiarism-free, timely delivery and full confidentiality.
I did find some samples of their work; the option to view them was at the bottom part of the main page.
Every first-time customer is entitled to a promotional offer – 15% off to be applied at checkout. As a first time customer, I found that a pleasant addition.
A discount for repeated customers is also offered — up to 10% back for every new order.
Even though the main page was lackluster in terms of visuals, order page scored a jackpot and had all the relevant categories for me to explore. Registration is not required to place an order.
Academic subjects are grouped by:
- Arts and Humanities;
- Sciences, Social Sciences and Applied Sciences;
- Information technology;
- Law and Creative writing.
The types of possible tasks the service performs range from regular articles to essays and dissertations. Nothing special, but nice to know they covered their main bases. And educational levels vary from High School to PhD.
Continuing on my quest to find interesting bits and pieces of information, I stumble upon a few more selling points:
- 5-year experience on the market.
- Prices beginning at $13.95 per page.
- 1200 academic writers at their disposal, with a top 50 of the most reliable ones. The roster is predominantly English native speakers, so having a text written in UK, US or CA variants is not a challenging task.
Using the service
A neat addition is that there is a refund policy that applies to every paper they write, the catch is that they could only provide a refund on a non-downloaded paper.
Had no intention of using the return option, but it is nice knowing there is one nonetheless.
Upon receiving the complete paper on my topic, I needed to ask for a few revisions (they are advertised as a free) and contacted their customer care team.
In the end, I received a passing grade, those numerous revisions helped.
Their customer support team was responsive. Well, they should be since they seem to operate on a real-time basis.
Every question I have had was answered, but some delay always seemingly occurred. Many businesses appear to overlook customer interactions.
Overall, I would say my experience was merely OK. I assume there are worse options out there when it comes to writing services.
Due to many negative aspects, I can not recommend you Essaywriter.org, so you can use other more reliable writing service:
